We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Mathematician to join our team and help design the next generation of real-money casino games. If you’re passionate about probability, combinatorics, game logic, and the math behind engaging gameplay — we’d love to meet you! Responsibilities * Develop math models for new casino games and document all related calculations. * Create and maintain detailed technical documentation: math models, PAR sheets, logic specifications, and customer-facing materials. * Test and validate mathematical outcomes using Excel, programming languages, and internal tools. * Collaborate with producers, designers, artists, and engineers throughout the development cycle. * Brainstorm new concepts, build prototypes, update internal math databases, and peer-review documentation. * Playtest in-development games and provide clear feedback on math balance, pacing, UX/UI, messaging, and overall player experience. * Monitor market trends and player behavior across Europe, Canada, North America, and lottery-based casino markets to identify promising mechanics.
Main Requirements * Experience working with real-money wagering casino games. * Strong background in Combinatorics, Probability Theory, and Statistics. * Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including complex spreadsheets and model-building. * Basic programming knowledge (C++, C#, or similar) and willingness to learn more advanced simulation techniques. * Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. * Ability to work both independently and within a team. * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical and non-technical concepts in English.
Desirable (Nice-to-Have) * Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Game Design, Computer Science, or related field — or equivalent experience. * Passion for games of all kinds.
