We’re on the lookout for a People Operations Manager — a process wizard who keeps our crew running smoothly. Someone who loves clarity, precision, and systems that actually work. You’ll be the guardian of structure — shaping, documenting, and improving processes that help our spacers grow, stay aligned, and feel supported.
YOUR IN-GAME SKIN (requirements): * 3+ years of experience in People Ops/HR Operations/HR Admin (product or tech). * Deep understanding of the full Employee Lifecycle — from first “hey” to offboarding GG. * Practical experience working with HR systems (HiBob/PeopleForce/BambooHR, etc.). * Skilled in working with HR metrics and analytics — you don’t guess, you measure. * Strong project management skills: planning, prioritization, coordination. * Confident with large data sets in Excel/Google Sheets — formulas are your spells. * Experience automating HR processes and improving workflows. * Experience with AI tools for HR (or curiosity to explore them) — optional but awesome. * Analytical thinker who sees systems, not chaos. * Proactive, organized, and detail-obsessed, even under high-speed mode. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * English — B2 level or higher.
YOUR QUEST-LINE (responsibilities): * Create policies and procedures & keep them up to date — no outdated rule survives under your watch. * Keep our HR systems clean and accurate, with every detail in place. * Guard the flow of spacers’ documents and data — no file or contract escapes your radar. * Automate and upgrade HR workflows using smart tools and AI magic (you can experiment with AI solutions as you wish). * Dive into HR analytics: create dashboards, reports, and insights that help us make smarter & faster moves, plus find bottlenecks, fix them, and make processes smoother. * Launch and analyze surveys if needed — turn data into real action. * Partner with People Partners & HRD to level up ELC, learning, and wellbeing projects.
WILL BE YOUR BOOST (additional): * Experience with process automation and HR dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, etc). * Knowledge of compliance and data protection. * A natural love for gaming, tech, and building order from creative chaos.
