We’re looking for a Senior SMM Manager to fully own our brand presence across all social channels.
Key Responsibilities: * Fully manage social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok). * Develop and execute a unified social media strategy aligned with business goals. * Produce high-quality content, including visuals, reels, captions, and campaigns for product launches, brand storytelling, and events. * Monitor trends, competitor activity, and platform algorithm changes to optimize strategy. * Collaborate with design and marketing teams to maintain brand consistency and timely delivery. * Engage with audiences, respond to comments/messages, and build a strong, active community. * Implement social listening and analyze KPIs (reach, engagement, CTR, follower growth) to inform decisions. * Manage collaborations with influencers, partners, and media pages. * Support PR, marketing, and HR campaigns with social-first strategies.
Requirements: * 4–6+ years in social media, marketing, or digital content management, preferably in tech. * Proven experience creating and managing campaigns across multiple social platforms. * Strong understanding of social metrics, KPIs, and analytics. * Excellent content creation skills and experience with visual assets production. * Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments. * Strong communication skills and fluent English.
