We’re looking for someone who can provide part-time involvement, with a flexible commitment ranging from 20 to 100 hours per month, depending on the project needs.
Responsibilities * Work closely with stakeholders to understand business goals and translate them into clear, structured requirements. * Collaborate with the Project Manager, UX architect, and development team to shape solutions and ensure alignment between business needs and delivery. * Analyze existing processes, identify gaps, and suggest practical improvements. * Support backlog management — from refining user stories to prioritizing tasks. * Facilitate discussions, workshops, and demos to keep everyone aligned. * Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and insights that help drive decisions. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of our workflows, communication with clients, and organizing their results and decisions.
We are looking for a candidate with the following hard skills: * Advanced English * Requirements Gathering & Analysis — ability to form a document and refine business and functional requirements. * Process Modeling & Improvement — create workflows, process maps, and suggest efficiency improvements. * User Stories & Backlog Management — writing clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritizing tasks. * Data Analysis & Reporting — basic to intermediate data analysis, dashboards, metrics, KPIs. * Project Management Tools — experience with Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or similar. * Documentation & Knowledge Management — maintaining clear, structured documentation (Confluence, SharePoint, Notion, etc.). * Agile & Scrum Practices — understanding Agile principles, supporting ceremonies like stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives. * Wireframing / Prototyping Tools — basic use of tools like Figma, Balsamiq, or Lucidchart for process flows or UI mockups. * Stakeholder Communication & Presentation — preparing reports, presentations, and dashboards for various audiences.
