What You’ll Do * Identify and approach high-potential tech candidates for clients on both local and international markets. * Build and maintain a pipeline of passive and active candidates using LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, Boolean search, and other channels. * Conduct initial outreach and qualification conversations to assess candidate fit. * Keep our ATS and candidate database up to date; track status and hand off qualified profiles to recruiters. * Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine sourcing strategies.
What We’re Looking For * No prior sourcing/research experience required — we’ll train you. * English proficiency at B2 level or higher. * Eager to learn, curiosity about technology roles, and a proactive approach. * Comfort with online research, basic familiarity with Google Sheets or Excel.
Nice-to-Have * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt sourcing tactics quickly. * Basic understanding of tech roles (e.g., developers, QA, DevOps).
