Requirements:
— At least 4 years of experience as an HR Analyst;
— Knowledge and ability to work with HR metrics;
— Ability to work with large database;
— Knowledge and skills in HR analytics automation;
— Advanced user of Excel and Google services;
— English — (Upper-Intermediate (B2))
— Systems thinking and logic;
— Analytic mind;
— Proactivity;
— Planning;
— Attention to detail, methodical and rational skepticism;
— Skill for continuous self-development in new technologies, constantly improve your knowledge in analytics.
Responsibilities:
Data collection:
— Systematic collection and analysis of basic HR data — staffing, turnover, number of hires and layoffs ets;
— Analysis of the dynamics and interconnection of data with each other — not only for the company as a whole, but also in sections by divisions and regions/locations/projects;
— Analysis of the collected data, providing the best solutions based on the analysis of the collected data and taking into account the business needs of the company;
— Analysis of the salary market for certain positions and preparation of a report if it’s necessary per location/departament/project;
— Making calculations KPI.
Would be a plus: Certification in HR analytics
