Responsibilities * Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy that supports business growth and profitability. * Lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets and build strong, long-term client relationships. * Oversee marketing activities to ensure alignment with commercial goals and market trends. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market expansions. * Manage the commercial department’s budget, track performance, and ensure strong ROI. * Analyze revenue data and financial forecasts, implementing corrective actions where needed. * Strengthen account management processes and foster client satisfaction and retention. * Build, mentor, and scale high-performing sales and marketing teams. * Report regularly to the CEO/COO on commercial performance, risks, and strategic initiatives. * Ensure compliance with all commercial policies, contracts, and regulations.
Requirements * 3+ years of experience in commercial leadership, sales, or business development roles. * Proven success in driving revenue growth and leading cross-functional teams. * Strategic and analytical mindset with strong business acumen. * Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. * Fluent English (C1+). * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
