We’re hiring a Technical Product Manager to own and evolve complex product domains within a mission-critical cybersecurity platform.
This isn’t a typical product role. You’ll operate at system level — working closely with architects and developers to shape how features are designed, integrated, and scaled across a technically demanding environment. You won’t write code, but your architectural thinking must be solid. You’ll make calls that affect performance, usability, and maintainability. Real autonomy. Real ownership. The platform spans multiple deployment models, internal engines, and a modern stack (React, Flask, Kubernetes, Azure). Your work will directly impact how global customers secure their systems — from automotive to medical industries.
Responsibilities
* Lead the entire product life cycle — from strategic planning to release
* Define product requirements based on market, customer, and technical insights
* Collaborate with R&D and participate in SCRUM processes and user story development
* Align with development leads and architects to ensure feasibility and design quality
* Improve system infrastructure, manage KPIs, roadmaps, and project plans
* Monitor market trends and competitor offerings
* Coordinate releases with relevant teams (development, marketing, sales)
* Provide subject matter expertise and create client-facing documentation
* Drive global standards
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years as a developer or architect
* Minimum 5 years as a Product Manager (inbound and outbound), ideally in B2B settings
* Strong business and technical acumen; startup experience is a plus.
* Solid understanding of system architecture (APIs, data flows, cloud infrastructure, integrations)
* Experience in creating wireframes, mockups, and interface designs
* Excellent English communication skills
* Familiarity with: Security management (CPE, pURL, Responsible Disclosure, etc.), SaaS products, Cloud services (DB, VM, LB, Managed Clusters), Kubernetes concepts
