Key Responsibilities: * Establishing trustful, long-term, and strong relationships with product users through various communication channels (email / messengers / calls), collecting feedback regularly, and identifying customer needs. * Encouraging clients to stay active and use additional services and promo tools offered by the product and VIP service. * Increasing loyalty and service quality through personalized communication. * Handling objections to retain clients within the product. * Collaborating with other teams to ensure effective client interaction and improve customer experience. * Meeting planned KPIs to enhance personal performance.
Our ideal candidate has: * German language proficiency at B2+ level (English — B2+) — Must Have * 1+ years of experience in Retention/Account Management or Customer Support roles. * A proactive mindset, strong listening skills, and the ability to understand both client and team needs. * Experience working with clients from Europe, Canada, and Australia. * Background in iGaming, finance, or telesales. * Experience with the SoftSwiss platform is a plus.
