About your key responsibilities and impact: — Contributing to the technical launch of new brands and operators through configurations necessary for implementing a new iGaming platform solution; — Analyzing and implementing configuration change requests received through support channels; — Collaborating closely with Product Teams and QA Engineers to ensure successful brand launches; — Making configuration changes across all parts of the Product Platform (backend, web, and native apps frontend); — Performing testing of new brands, components, and product features; — Becoming an expert in Product Platform configuration management by learning and applying updates introduced in brand setup configurations; — Consulting team members and customer representatives on configuration-related topics; — Reporting progress to the Brand Launch Coordinator or Client Delivery Manager.
Essential professional experience: — 2+ years of experience as a Configuration Engineer or Manual QA Engineer; — Understanding of JSON and XML formats; — Experience with SQL; — Hands-on experience with Postman or other REST client tools; — Familiarity with Git/GitLab and basic understanding of CI/CD concepts; — Experience with JIRA and Confluence; — Knowledge of manual testing and software testing concepts; — Experience in gathering and analyzing logs (e.g. Kibana, OpenSearch); — Proficiency in Ukrainian or Russian; — At least Intermediate+ English level.
Desirable Skills and Personal Features: — Good communication skills; — Responsible and attentive to details; — Ability to multitask effectively; — Experience with configuration management tools (GrowthBook, Firebase) and content management systems (Strapi); — Understanding of cloud concepts; — Ability to read and understand software code (JavaScript / C#).
