We are looking for a Product Analyst to join the AI Social Discovery startup. Our mission is to build technology that helps people feel less lonely. We are at the technological forefront, experimenting with the latest advancements in AI, including video, audio, and image generation.
This role is crucial for leveraging data to generate actionable insights and directly influence the development of our AI-powered products.
About you: * 2+ years of experience in a Product Analyst role, preferably within product or tech companies. * Strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to think critically and solve complex problems. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data manipulation, analysis, and automation. * Strong experience of working with BI tools (Tableau/Power BI/Looker, etc.). * Hands-on experience with A/B testing. * English proficiency at B1 (intermediate) level or higher is beneficial.
Would be a plus: * Experience with subscription-based business models.
What you will do: * Gather and analyze large datasets from various sources to generate actionable insights for product growth and optimization. * Clean, transform, and normalize data, ensuring its integrity and preparing it for in-depth analysis. * Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key product performance metrics and present findings. * Identify user behavioral patterns and root causes of product issues (e.g., high fraud rates, user churn). * Propose data-driven product improvement initiatives based on analytical findings. * Conduct market and competitor analysis as required to inform product strategy. * Contribute to A/B testing and performance analysis to continuously improve product features and user experience.
