We are hiring a talented UI/UX Designer to join our Kyiv team . You’ll be collaborating with a motivated team and contributing to innovative projects that impact global payment solutions.
We need someone with a good eye for design and close attention to detail, someone who understands how to make something beautiful and insanely functional. Responsibilities * Develop intuitive user flows and wireframes for complex products to ensure clear and user-friendly navigation. * Build interactive prototypes using Figma (or other design tools) to effectively communicate ideas and facilitate usability testing. * Support, maintain, and evolve the company’s design system and component libraries to ensure consistency and scalability. * Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, marketers, and other teams to ensure high-quality and coherent design implementation. * Contribute to shaping and scaling the brand’s visual identity as the company grows.
Skills & Competences Required * Background knowledge or a passion for product design and user experience. * Strong visual design acumen with hands-on experience in user interface design. * Familiarity with data analysis, capable of identifying problem areas, mapping out user journeys, and breaking down challenges into manageable components. * Effective communication skills to articulate design ideas and decisions clearly within cross-functional teams. * Proficiency in using Figma or a willingness to learn new tools quickly. * A well-curated portfolio showcasing your design skills and collaborative design process. * Demonstrated ownership mindset, showing a proactive approach to tackling challenges. * Experience using AI tools to accelerate UX research, UX copywriting, and finding illustration ideas for the interface. * Bonus: Familiarity with Midjourney and other AI tools to enhance creativity and streamline design processes.
