Our global-scale operations are based on strong internal expertise, analytics, and data research. We have expertise in iGaming operations (sports betting, online casino), digital and affiliate marketing, tech solutions, and data analytics.
Responsibilities: * Maintain management accounting for PSP transactions, including incoming payments and customer payouts; * Calculate, record, and reconcile PSP fees and commissions in accordance with contractual terms and commercial conditions; * Record and maintain all financial transactions in 1C; * Perform regular reconciliations between PSP data and the company’s internal accounting systems; * Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies between external PSP reports and internal records; * Monitor the accuracy and completeness of payment transaction records; * Prepare and maintain internal reports related to payment volumes, commissions, settlements, and PSP balances; * Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and Operations teams to resolve payment, reconciliation, and accounting-related issues.
Requirements: * 5+ years of experience in accounting, financial operations, or a similar role; experience in FinTech, payments, e-commerce, or financial services is a strong advantage; * Experience working with payment service providers (PSPs) and understanding of payment flows is a plus; * Strong knowledge of 1C and experience working with high volumes of financial transactions; * Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills: formulas, pivot tables, data matching, lookups, and working with large datasets; * Experience with financial reconciliations and identifying discrepancies between different data sources; * Understanding of accounting principles related to payments, payouts, commissions, and settlements. * Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy when working with financial data.
