Kindgeek is looking for a sharp, curious Business Analyst who thrives at the intersection of finance and technology. Your mission will be to turn complex FinTech and crypto requirements into clear, actionable solutions that our Agile teams can build with confidence. Along the way, you’ll also help shape new client engagements, bringing structure and clarity to opportunities from the very first conversation. RESPONSIBILITIES As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for: * Defining and communicating the product vision and roadmap to the Agile team, adjusting it based on stakeholder feedback and market changes; * Creating, maintaining, and prioritizing the product backlog, including clear user stories and acceptance criteria; * Analysing vendor documentation and APIs, and translating vendor capabilities and constraints into development-ready requirements; * Engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements and acting as the primary liaison between business and the Agile team; * Participating in sprint planning and reviews, adjusting priorities based on team feedback and retrospectives; * Defining acceptance criteria and validating delivered functionality against business needs; * Analysing technical diagrams and supporting the development team in documenting back-end business logic; * Supporting pre-sales activities, including client discovery calls, proposal preparation, and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
REQUIREMENTS We’re looking for a Business Analyst who has: * 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the FinTech sector; * Strong understanding of financial technologies, with proven expertise in crypto and banking payments; * Hands-on exposure to crypto on-ramp/off-ramp solutions and banking/payment systems; * Working knowledge of a crypto-asset or e-money regulatory framework (MiCA, DASP, EMI, or equivalent) and how it shapes product requirements; * Proven ability to work on technical projects, including API analysis and solution design; * Experience analysing third-party vendor documentation and APIs — custody, KYC/KYB, or ledger providers — and turning them into specifications; * Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and solve complex problems; * Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders; * Collaborative attitude, with the ability to work effectively within a dynamic team environment; * Genuine interest in learning adjacent sub-domains such as open banking, card processing, and AML/KYC; * Experience participating in pre-sales activities, including proposal and WBS preparation.
Will be a plus: * Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies in a FinTech environment; * Familiarity with AML/KYC or open banking regulations; * Experience presenting solutions directly to clients during pre-sales stages.
