We’re looking for an Unreal Engine Developer to join a product-focused engineering team working on advanced real-time 3D and simulation software.
You’ll work on a technically challenging Unreal Engine product that combines interactive 3D environments, simulation, real-time systems, and complex data-driven workflows. The role offers the opportunity to work on core product functionality and take ownership of features from technical investigation through implementation and delivery.
What you’ll do:
* Develop and maintain Unreal Engine 5 features using C++ and Blueprints
* Build and optimize large-scale 3D environments and complex real-time systems
* Work across physics, UI, tools, rendering, assets, and system integrations
* Improve workflows for processing and integrating complex 3D assets
* Optimize performance, memory usage, stability, and visual quality
* Design and improve internal tools and development pipelines
* Investigate and solve complex technical issues
* Make technical decisions and drive features from idea to delivery
* Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams
* Work effectively in an evolving product where requirements may not always be fully defined
Requirements:
* 5+ years of professional programming experience in the games industry
* Experience successfully shipping at least one title on Windows
* Strong C++ and Unreal Engine 5 experience
* Strong understanding of game architecture, algorithms, and multithreaded programming
* Strong knowledge of 3D vector math, matrices, transformations, and linear algebra
* Advanced experience with physics, assets, tools, and UI
* Strong debugging skills and experience solving complex technical issues
* Experience with Visual Studio and development tools/pipelines
* Experience optimizing large or performance-critical 3D environments
* Familiarity with Blender, 3D editing, rendering, scanned environments, or photogrammetry is a strong plus
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies
* Fluent English, both written and spoken
