We’re Applyft, a Ukrainian product company. Our journey began with the Geozilla family locator, launched in 2015. Today, we have a diverse portfolio of products in lifestyle, education, photo & video, and entertainment, with over 5M monthly active users and a solid 20% QoQ revenue growth.
We’re now expanding into the Mental Health space with a new venture. Our mission is to help people find peace in chaos, build resilience, and live fulfilling, balanced lives. We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager who’s eager to understand marketing on a deeper level: analyze user behavior, identify growth opportunities, run experiments, and see how every decision impacts conversion, LTV, and product growth.
What you’ll do:
— Drive growth of stable and new products through funnel optimization and A/B testing.
— Conduct market and user research to identify new growth opportunities.
— Build and iterate user acquisition funnels in collaboration with the product and marketing teams.
— Develop and test value propositions that resonate with users emotionally.
— Collaborate closely with marketing, product, engineering, design, and analytics teams to achieve business goals.
— Help improve internal marketing/product marketing processes: documentation, task flow, handoffs, reporting, and communication between teams.
About you:
— 1+ years of experience in product/growth marketing, product management, user acquisition, or creative marketing.
— Strong understanding of product marketing funnels: acquisition, activation, conversion, monetization, retention.
— Ability to analyze funnel performance, identify drop-offs, generate hypotheses for improvements.
— Understanding of unit economics.
— Experience setting tasks and communicating with development and design teams.
— English level — B2+.
Well be a plus:
— Experience working with Tableau, GA, Amplitude, and similar analytics tools.
— Basic understanding of A/B testing, campaign performance analysis, and experiment evaluation.
— Understanding of operational process improvements: documenting processes, identifying bottlenecks, improving handoffs, and making workflows more efficient.
