Your responsibilities will include: * Project planning, monitoring execution and keeping deadlines under control; * Risk identification and analysis, maintaining the risk log; * Scope control: fixing the agreed scope and tracking changes; * Communication with clients: reporting and managing expectations; * Building and coordinating the team’s workflow, tracking workload and progress; * Backlog formation, prioritisation and task decomposition; * Creating and maintaining project documentation; * Tracking hours against the project budget and flagging deviations; * Working with different project formats: in-house, outstaff and support; * Using AI in daily work: documentation, reporting, meeting summaries, task structuring (Claude across the company, Claude Cowork in the project management team).
What we expect from you: * 2+ years in IT project management, with web and/or mobile products; * Understanding of Project Management and Agile concepts: Scrum, Kanban, epics, user stories, task lifecycle, sprint planning; * Confident with project management tools: Jira is a big advantage, other tools are fine too; familiarity with the Atlassian ecosystem is a plus; * Understanding of core PM processes: planning, prioritisation, backlog formation, tracking execution, communication with the team and stakeholders; * Comfortable with direct client communication: status calls, reporting, expectation management; * Awareness of the project budget: tracking hours against the plan; * Ability to run a few projects day to day independently; * Willingness to take on unfamiliar tasks and figure them out; * Fast learning, openness to feedback and desire to develop; * Ability to read team dynamics and give constructive feedback; * Practical use of AI tools in daily work; * Upper-Intermediate (B2) English or higher; * BA or technical background is a big plus.
We don’t expect all of this from day one; how quickly you learn matters more than a full checklist.
What we offer: * Competitive compensation with performance-based incentives tied to your individual impact and business outcomes; * Real ownership — you’ll drive initiatives end-to-end, make independent decisions, and be accountable for results in your domain; * Influence that goes beyond your role — contribute to strategic initiatives, cross-functional planning, and how we grow as a company; * Mentorship and knowledge sharing — both ways: you’ll learn from experienced colleagues and have room to share your expertise; * Modern tools, structured development programs, workshops; * English courses tailored for business communication; * Clear career path with transparent promotion criteria; * A culture built on empathy, trust, and openness — where initiative is encouraged, feedback is honest, and people actually care about each other; * Remote work model with an office in central Kyiv; * Medical insurance, paid vacation, sick leave, team events and corporate presents.
