We are currently looking for a DXC’s Assure Business Analyst for a client engagement.
As a DXC’s Assure Business Analyst, you’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams on operational improvement and digital transformation initiatives. This is a client-facing role where you will help translate business needs into clear requirements and support the delivery of DXC Assure software platform.
Responsibilities * Collaborate with clients and internal teams to capture, validate, and translate outwards/ceded reinsurance requirements into clear functional and technical specifications * Analyze reinsurance workflows and identify opportunities to improve processes, data quality, efficiency, and use of DXC Assure software solutions * Work with DXC’s Assure or similar reinsurance platforms, providing business-focused guidance and user support * Use SQL Server, Excel, and SharePoint for data analysis, reporting, and automation * Support test case preparation, test execution, issue analysis, UAT, and implementation of changes or upgrades * Create and maintain documentation, including discovery findings, user guides, incident tickets, training materials, technical specs, and status reports
Requirements * Experience in the insurance domain * Understanding of reinsurance processes is a plus * SQL Server and Excel experience for data analysis and testing * Data migration or analytics experience is a plus * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Good communication and stakeholder management skills * Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time
