Barbara Bang is looking for a person who will be responsible for our business partners having top-notch service and a great experience with our brand.
Responsibilities: * Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing business partners * Communicate with partners (chat, email, online and in—person meetings) * Conduct negotiations and sign new agreements * Plan, execute, analyze, and optimize promotional campaigns * Design and validate hypotheses to optimize campaign performance * Updating and creating new records in internal documentation, including CRM * Collaborate with Business Development, Legal, Finance, and Technical Departments to escalate and resolve issues * Deliver quarterly KPIs * Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports * Plan and attend industry conferences
Requirements: * English level: C1 * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, IT B2B product company- must have * Experience working with international partners or clients across multiple markets * Familiarity with regulated markets and compliance requirements (not mandatory, but a strong plus) * Strong skills in Excel, Word, Jira, Slack, and HubSpot * Proactive, analytical, and data-driven mindset with a strong business-oriented approach * Ability to represent company interests confidently in negotiations * Experience with data analysis and reporting (weekly, monthly, and quarterly) * Willingness and ability to travel
