Mediweb is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team full-time and manage several digital projects in parallel.
We are a French digital company working mainly on healthcare, medical and web projects with an international remote team of developers, designers and digital specialists.
Your role You will manage: * one larger and more complex digital project requiring regular coordination and structured follow-up; * several WordPress website projects running in parallel; * ongoing development, improvements and support tasks.
Your main responsibility will be to keep projects moving smoothly: organize priorities, coordinate the team, follow deadlines, anticipate blockers and make sure everyone has the information they need. Main responsibilities * Manage several projects simultaneously from planning to delivery; * Organize tasks, priorities and deadlines in Asana; * Prepare clear briefs and tasks for developers and designers; * Coordinate communication between team members and management; * Follow project progress and identify blockers; * Manage client communication by email; * Maintain clear documentation and project procedures; * Improve workflows and suggest practical solutions; * Use AI tools to support communication, documentation, task preparation and productivity; * Gradually take full ownership of the projects assigned to you.
Tools You should be comfortable working with or quickly learning: * Asana * Slack * WordPress * Figma * Google Workspace / Google Calendar * Dropbox * ChatGPT / Claude or similar AI tools
Experience with Jira, ClickUp, Notion or other project management tools is also welcome. Profile we are looking for * 3+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably in IT, web development or a digital agency; * Experience managing several projects at the same time; * Good understanding of website production and WordPress; * Experience working with developers and designers; * Strong organizational and prioritization skills; * Ability to work independently and take responsibility; * Proactive and solution-oriented mindset; * Comfortable working in a remote international team; * Fluent English, written and spoken.
French is a strong advantage, as our clients and management are French-speaking.
If you do not speak French, you should be comfortable handling written client communication in English and using AI tools when needed.
