We are now looking for a dynamic and highly organized Project Manager with Product Management skills to lead client accounts and projects, ensure consistent value delivery, and build long-term relationships. This role requires a proactive mindset, strong ownership, and excellent client-facing communication skills. Responsibilities * Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle (from scoping to delivery), ensuring alignment with time, scope, and budget * Develop, execute, and continuously improve project plans, timelines, and resource allocation * Anticipate and proactively manage risks, adapting plans to evolving client and business needs * Maintain financial health of projects by monitoring margins and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure profitability * Provide regular status updates to internal stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, successes, and improvement areas
Requirements * 3+ years in project management with a proven track record of delivering successful client projects and managing strong client relationships * Solid understanding of product management principles and experience working closely with product development teams * Proven ability to prepare proposals and confidently present them to clients * Strong understanding of software development processes and service delivery in engineering teams * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex topics and build trust-based relationships * Ability to anticipate client needs and proactively address them * Strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution * Ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment
