Volmi — A Virtuos Studio is an outsourcing company that specializes in game development and game content creation. Responsibilities: * Execute manual test cases and analyze results in a thorough and methodical manner; * Collaborate closely with developers to understand the game design and functions for effective testing; * Report and track defects, providing detailed descriptions to facilitate efficient resolution; * Validate fixes implemented by developers and ensure no regression occurs in the game; * Assist in creating and maintaining test cases and test scenarios; * Analysis and optimization of the testing process itself, documentation management; * Ensure all aspects of the game are working correctly, from functionality and balance to performance and compliance.
Requirements: * 3+ years of experience in manual QA Testing in the gaming industry; * Proficient understanding of game development and software testing methodologies; * Knowledge and understanding of the software development process and life cycle; * Experience in testing on various platforms (IOS, Android); * Ability to decompose the functionality being tested into components and test it independently; * Experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA; * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; * English level: Intermediate or higher.
Will be a plus: * Knowledge of different gaming platforms and their certification processes; * Familiarity with test automation tools and scripting.
