We are looking for a Product Designer who is passionate about solving complex interface challenges, deeply understands user needs, and thrives in a data-driven product environment.
Requirements for this role: — 5+ years of commercial experience designing real-world digital products. — Experience designing B2B products, with a strong focus on web applications. — Strong analytical thinking and a passion for solving complex interface challenges. — A user-centric mindset with a strong focus on product analytics. — Experience working in a product company, including creating, maintaining, or working with a design system. — Strong proficiency in Figma. — Experience designing responsive interfaces for desktop and mobile web.
What you can expect in this role: — Working in a product team (CPO, 4 Product Managers, Product Copywriter, and you as the Product Designer), participating in brainstorming sessions and shaping both short- and long-term product direction. — Close collaboration with developers, support, and sales teams. — Analyzing user feedback to uncover real user problems and turn those insights into effective product solutions. — Designing UI for our web product. — Contributing to the UI design of our mobile applications. — Continuously improving and evolving the product’s design system to ensure consistency and scalability.
Would be a plus:
— Familiarity with or experience using the ShadCN/UI design system/ecosystem. — Experience with complex CRM/ERP systems featuring large-scale tables, dashboards, and data-heavy interfaces. — Experience designing mobile applications (iOS and Android).
