Your impact: * Execute, manage, and optimize large-scale advertising campaigns across Google Ads, with a strong focus on Demand Gen campaigns. * Work closely with video creatives for YouTube and Demand Gen campaigns, including creative performance analysis, hypothesis generation, and creative testing. * Conduct in-depth keyword, audience, competitor, and creative research to identify growth opportunities. * Analyze campaign and creative performance, identify trends, and proactively drive improvements based on data insights. * Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and performance optimization to maximize ROI and business impact. * Create clear briefs and collaborate with motion designers and creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives. * Develop and implement effective user acquisition strategies focused on performance and scalability.
About you: * 1+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns. * Recent hands-on experience with Demand Gen campaigns within the last year. * Strong understanding of video-first advertising approaches, especially for YouTube and Demand Gen campaigns. * Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads metrics, attribution models, and performance analysis. * Experience working with the creative side of performance marketing campaigns and scaling acquisition strategies. * Intermediate+ level of English or higher. * Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a data-driven approach to decision-making. * Results-oriented mindset with strong business and performance focus. * Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and drive initiatives proactively.
Will be a plus: * Experience with Facebook/Instagram Ads, DV360, TikTok Ads, Bing Ads, or other paid acquisition channels. * Experience working with video creatives across multiple paid acquisition platforms.
