CRMOZ is a Zoho implementation and CRM consulting company helping small and mid-sized businesses streamline their sales processes, improve visibility into their pipelines, and automate day-to-day operations.
We work with clients across the United States and internationally, delivering CRM implementations, customizations, and ongoing support. As our client base continues to grow, we’re looking for an SDR to become the first point of contact for prospective customers.
About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and organized Sales Development Representative to support our sales efforts during US business hours.
In this role, you’ll engage with inbound leads, qualify opportunities, schedule discovery calls, and help maintain our presence on Upwork. Your responsiveness and communication skills will play a key role in turning inquiries into potential business opportunities.
Schedule: Monday—Friday, 9:00 AM — 1:00 PM EST
Type: Part-time (4 hours per day)
Responsibilities * Respond to inbound inquiries via website forms, email, and messaging platforms * Qualify leads based on established criteria * Schedule discovery calls with qualified prospects * Conduct inbound and outbound conversations with potential clients * Submit proposals and manage communication through Upwork * Follow up with prospects who have become inactive * Maintain accurate records and activity logs in Zoho CRM * Keep the sales pipeline organized and up to date
Requirements * 1+ year of experience in SDR, BDR, sales, lead generation, or client-facing roles * Strong written and verbal English communication skills * Ability to work during EST/CST business hours * Excellent organizational and time-management skills * Comfortable handling multiple conversations simultaneously * Experience working with CRM systems * Upwork experience is a strong advantage * Zoho CRM experience is a plus, but not required
