Qualifications: * 2+ years of experience as an Account Manager within the iGaming industry, including game providers, operators, casinos, and platform companies. * Upper-intermediate English is a must (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus * Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills, with strong verbal and written communication skills. * Understanding of iGaming terms (slots, RTP, volatility, GGR, etc.) * Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data * Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and prioritizing tasks * Proactive, solution-oriented approach * Experience with CRM tools (Asana, Jira etc.) or analytics platforms * Experience working with Client Area, provider Back office
Responsibilities: * Manage day-to-day communication with partners (operators, aggregators, platforms) * Build strong relationships with partners to support long-term growth and retention * Analyze game performance (GGR, bets, players, RTP dynamics, etc.) and share useful insights to implement promo month by month and suggest improvements to our team * Negotiate and approve promo activities and promo campaigns * Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the portfolio with existing partners * Find new promo opportunities (push notification campaigns, banner placements, free spins promotional campaigns, dedicated game categories etc.) * Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Tech teams to deliver on partner needs * Prepare regular reports and business reviews * Visit exhibitions to strengthen and maintain long-term client relationships * Run your LinkedIn page * Handle issues and escalate when needed * Stay up to date on market trends, competitors, and player behavior
