Management and control of operational licensing and billing processes between the Holding companies, clients, and AWS Marketplace.
Key Responsibilities * Analyze and document existing licensing business processes and AWS Marketplace interactions. * Manage the main account and customer root accounts on AWS Marketplace, including credentials transfer. * Create and publish offers and contracts in AWS Marketplace based on approved commercial proposals. * Maintain and develop the main dashboard to control alignment between commercial proposals and active production users. * Monitor registered licenses on AWS Marketplace and resolve data discrepancies across various sources. * Interact with AWS Marketplace regarding internal and client account management, as well as billing issues. * Support Commercial and Legal departments in structuring the legal framework for AWS licensing agreements. * Control invoicing processes and payment processing. * Prepare revenue and financial performance reports for management. * Participate in financial department tasks, including bonus calculations based on management accounting data. * Propose improvements for managed business processes and implement new automation tools.
Requirements * 1+ years of experience with Marketplace systems (managing accounts offers and contracts). * Deep understanding of SaaS licensing and billing processes. * Experience with ERP or financial accounting systems (1C, SAP, or equivalents). * Advanced user of MS Excel / Google Sheets; experience with Power BI is a plus. * Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and eliminate data discrepancies. * Proven track record in financial reporting and preparing materials for management. * Skills in business process mapping and documentation. * English level: Intermediate+ (reading technical documentation, corresponding with AWS). * Will be a plus: Experience in holding structures or product IT * companies.
