We are seeking a proactive, hands-on Lead Angular Engineer to drive the development of our web platform. In this role, you will be a reliable partner to the business, working directly with key stakeholders to bridge the gap between strategy and execution. You will help translate business requirements into technical features and lead a lean team by example — staying close to the code while providing the guidance necessary to ensure a scalable, AI-forward frontend.

Requirements: * 8+ years of software engineering experience, with a strong background in SaaS environments. * 5+ years of proven Angular expertise, with the ability to build and maintain complex, high-performance applications. * Expert-level proficiency in modern web development standards, ensuring clean, performant, and maintainable code. * Exceptional ability to collaborate with stakeholders, understand business goals, and convert them into actionable technical roadmaps. * A proactive approach to leveraging AI tools, specifically Claude Code, to enhance both the development process and the end-user product experience. * Proven experience leading and being responsible for the frontend delivery of a project, even within a small, agile team. * Solid experience with Unit/UI testing, CI/CD workflows.
Responsibilities: * Work closely with business owners to refine requirements, ensuring technical features are perfectly aligned with commercial objectives. * Personally architect and develop core features, maintaining a high level of daily coding contribution while overseeing the frontend part of the platform. * Lead and support other frontend team members, providing technical direction and enforcing rigorous code quality through reviews and mentorship. * Enhance existing services with an innovative, scalable architecture that prioritizes performance and long-term SaaS stability.
