Why this role exists We’re scaling a studio that defines what world-class product design looks like in the AI era. That means designers who think in systems, ship fast, and use AI as a force multiplier.
Must-haves * 2-4 years designing digital products (no marketing/branding portfolios) * Experience with data-heavy interfaces — dashboards, analytics, B2B tools, fintech, or similar dense, multi-state UIs * Confident spoken English — you’ll present to clients directly * Strong fundamentals: typography, color, layout, grids, IA, user journeys, wireframing, prototyping, micro-interactions * Comfort with ambiguity, fast iteration, and shipping under real product constraints * Active use of AI in your design workflow — beyond ChatGPT for text. We expect hands-on experience with tools like Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, Figma Make, v0, or similar — using them to generate, prototype, or validate product artifacts. If you’ve designed an AI-integrated product or built side projects with AI tools, that’s exactly what we’re looking for. * Ukrainian citizenship
