We’re looking for a Middle or Senior Node.js Developer to join our team! You’ll be fully dedicated to one project, working in a close, supportive team and communicating regularly with a US-based client. The product is already in production, and you’ll help scale the most comprehensive AI platform for functional medicine. Client: USA Industry: Healthcare
Project specific: The client is a US-based health tech company building an all-in-one AI-powered clinical platform for functional (root-cause) medicine. The platform covers the full patient journey — from intake and lab ordering (500+ biomarkers) to AI-driven dysfunction analysis, personalized treatment protocols, telehealth, and real-time transcription.
Team: cross-functional team of 6 Developers, 1 QA Engineer, and 1 Business Analyst on our side, collaborating closely with 5 specialists from the client’s team.
Required Skills: 3+ years of commercial experience with Node.js and TypeScript PostgreSQL — schema design, migrations, indexes, query optimization, transactions Practical experience with Redis — caching, queues, pub/sub Comfortable with Git workflows via GitLab Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) Сonfident conversational English level of B2 and above Solid grasp of design principles and design patterns
Nice to have: Frontend experience with React Experience with search engines: Solr, Elasticsearch, or OpenSearch Integration with third-party APIs in regulated domains (payments, e-prescribing, labs, identity) Docker for local development and GitLab CI/CD for build/deploy pipelines
