Fit4Me is looking for a Jira Process & Systems Architect. The main goal of this role is to design and gradually implement a unified Jira architecture for the company’s non-tech departments, lead the migration from Asana to Jira, and build a scalable workflow system to support further team growth.
This role is focused on building a transparent task tracking system, automating cross-team collaboration, standardizing processes, and creating an operating logic that ensures consistency, continuity, and control across the organization. This role is a great fit if you: * Can design processes in Jira at a system level, taking into account how teams, functions, and workflows interact. * Have experience building workflows across multiple functions at once and clearly understand the connections between operations, finance, legal, and HR processes. * Enjoy bringing structure to chaotic processes, building clear team logic, and turning it into practical system solutions. * Feel confident working on tasks that require you to handle process architecture, access roles, automations, templates, and task handoff logic at the same time. * Combine system setup with strong team support during transition: migrating templates, working rules, process history, and helping teams adapt to a new way of working. * Can identify process bottlenecks in advance and translate them into clear system solutions. * Combine a structured mindset, strong process thinking, and ownership to make Jira a truly effective tool for teams.
Your area of Impact: * Designing and gradually implementing a unified Jira architecture for the company’s non-tech departments. * Migrating processes from Asana to Jira, including the transfer of templates, recurring workflows, working routes, roles, and access permissions. * Building and configuring Jira processes for Finance, Legal, Payment, HR, Operations, and document approval workflows. * Leading the full migration of payment and finance processes into Jira as the first stage of implementation. * Setting up task routes for finance and payment functions, cross-team task handoff logic, and task linking with the development team. * Building the logic for required fields, data validation rules, blocking factors, deadlines, notifications, and reminders. * Configuring recurring task templates, status systems, naming conventions, task structure, and process lifecycle logic. * Designing the hierarchy of projects and functions, role logic, access schemes, ownership areas, and process support models. * Creating reporting panels and management dashboards for team leads to provide visibility into statuses, blockers, priorities, and deadlines. * Preparing a scalable Jira operating model for the further migration of legal, accounting, HR, operations, product, and content functions. * Onboarding team leads and teams into Jira and supporting their adaptation to the new system. * Maintaining unified automation and process architecture standards to ensure alignment, transparency, and manageability across the organization.
What do you need to join us: * 3+ years of hands-on experience designing process architecture in Jira. * Experience building workflows for finance, operations, and other non-tech teams. * Strong command of Jira automations. * Experience setting up task handoffs between different boards or teams. * Experience designing interaction logic across multiple teams and departments. * Hands-on experience building management dashboards for team leads. * Successful experience migrating from Asana to Jira. * Experience configuring role schemes, access permissions, and field logic. * Experience migrating recurring templates and repeatable processes. * Experience running requirements-gathering sessions with functional leads. * Ability to help teams adapt to a new system and prepare clear working instructions. * Experience rolling out Jira step by step across multiple departments.
Nice to have: * Experience building workflows for finance, payments, and legal functions. * Experience building onboarding processes for external vendors and providers. * Experience setting up approval chains. * Hands-on experience automating deadlines, reminders, and escalations. * Experience managing the Atlassian ecosystem at an organization-wide level.
