As an Account Manager, you will work with warm, existing clients, building strong relationships and helping them unlock more value from the product. You’ll guide clients through features and solutions, while driving growth through upsell and cross-sell opportunities. About the Client Our client is an innovative technology company that automates employee assessment and verification using artificial intelligence. The first type of tests consists of virtual risk interviews, while the second focuses on competency tests. They reveal the strengths and weaknesses of candidates or employees, improve team efficiency, and save HR time. What You Will Do Onboarding & Implementation * Conduct demos and hands-on training to help clients start using the platform independently. * Guide clients through initial setup and first tests.
Client Engagement & Usage Growth (Burn Rate) * Monitor client activity and usage. * Reach out proactively to clients with low activity. * Suggest new use cases, templates, or refresher sessions to increase engagement.
Upsell & Cross-sell * Identify opportunities to expand client usage. * Promote new features, advanced functionality, and additional test packages. * Drive revenue growth within the existing client base.
Retention & Reactivation * Support clients throughout their lifecycle until renewal. * Ensure subscriptions are renewed, and repeat purchases occur. * Re-engage inactive clients and bring them back to the product.
Test Management & Support * Assist clients in creating and managing tests. * Train clients to handle test creation independently.
Product Feedback & Collaboration * Collect client feedback and feature requests. * Share insights with the product and development teams.
Pre-Sales Support (Team Tasks) * Assist in early-stage client acquisition efforts. * Conduct outreach using prepared databases. * Support targeted communications with HR specialists on LinkedIn.
What We Are Looking For * Experience: 1+ year in this role or a similar position. * Online Presentations & Training: Ability to conduct demos, trainings, and online presentations (Zoom, Meet, etc.). * Documentation Skills: Creating simple guides, FAQs, and screencasts. * CRM Skills: Managing deals, tracking communication history, and using CRM systems effectively. * B2B Sales Skills: Identifying client needs and performing upsell/cross-sell in a consultative, non-pushy way. * Language: Fluent in Ukrainian.
