Role OverviewPeople Strategy & Leadership * Partner with C-level and department leaders on organizational design, team effectiveness, engagement, retention, and culture; * Lead and develop small People Partner / HR team, building a scalable HR function; * Translate company strategy into practical People initiatives and frameworks.
Performance & Leadership Development * Own and continuously improve the performance management framework (goal setting, reviews, feedback culture, development plans); * Coach managers and leaders on leadership skills, communication, delegation, conflict resolution, and team development; * Support leaders in building high-performing and accountable teams.
Employee Lifecycle & Organizational Health * Oversee key employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, probation success, internal mobility, and offboarding insights; * Lead complex employee relations situations, including sensitive conversations, conflict mediation, and investigations when needed; * Identify early organizational risks (burnout, disengagement, attrition) and implement preventive actions.
People Analytics & Organizational Insights * Use data (pulse surveys, retention metrics, performance insights) to identify trends and drive decision-making; * Turn employee feedback and HR metrics into clear action plans for leaders.
Process & Framework Development * Build scalable HR processes, manager toolkits, and frameworks as the organization grows; * Ensure strong collaboration with Talent Acquisition, and leadership to maintain effective end-to-end People processes.
What Success Looks Like (First 6 Months) * Strengthened performance management practices and improved clarity in pdp, goal setting and feedback; * Implemented structured People processes supporting team growth and organizational stability; * Delivered targeted initiatives improving engagement, retention, or leadership effectiveness; * Built stronger manager capability through coaching and practical frameworks; * Increased consistency and maturity of People practices across teams.
Our Criteria * 5+ years of experience in HRBP / People Partner / HR Lead roles in a scaling company (tech or product environment is a strong plus); * Experience working closely with leadership and influencing decision-making; * Strong background in organizational development, performance management, and employee relations; * Experience building or scaling HR processes and frameworks; * Strong coaching and leadership development skills; * Data-informed mindset and confidence working with people metrics; * Ability to operate in fast-paced, evolving environments; * High emotional intelligence, strong communication skills, and confidentiality; * English proficiency (written and spoken).
