We are looking for a .NET Software Engineer. Our client is a prominent multinational corporation from the USA operating in the sphere of healthcare IT and medical research. The project is a low-code, no-code platform.
As a .NET Software Engineer, you will contribute to the development of an innovative low-code/no-code platform that streamlines clinical trial operations, collaborate with an experienced international team, and gain hands-on experience with modern .NET technologies while building solutions that make a real impact on the healthcare industry.
This is you * 2+ years of commercial experience with .NET (C#). * Hands-on experience with ASP.NET (Web Forms or Web API) or ASP.NET Core. * Familiarity with SQL and relational databases. * Good understanding of REST APIs (HTTP verbs, JSON, authentication basics). * Experience with XML/XSLT or metadata-driven / configurable applications. * English — Upper-Intermediate or higher.
Nice-to-have skills: * Familiarity with Azure (Function, Blob Storage) or multi-tenant SaaS patterns. * Hands-on experience with JavaScript for designer or portal UI enhancements. * Experience with workflow engines, form builders, or low-code platforms. * Understanding of payment, invoicing, or ERP integration concepts. * Awareness of clinical trials operations: sites, investigators, protocol visits, EDC, or site budgets.
This is your role * Improve low-code authoring tools: form designer, workflow designer, entity designer, and application migration tooling. * Design and implement entities, forms, workflows, and searches for trial payment scenarios (participants, protocol visits, site agreements, payment status, amendments, holds). * Build and maintain REST APIs and gateway layers. * Work with SQL Server views, queries, and schema changes. * Support Azure services (Function, Blob Storage) where modules need them. * Write unit and integration tests and participate in code review and module upgrade validation. * Collaboration with cross-functional teams.
