We are looking for a strong Outbound Sales Specialist / SDR to help us grow our pipeline through smart, focused outbound work. This is not a “just send messages” role. We need someone who can think, research, structure, communicate well, and turn outbound activity into real business conversations.
ALevelSoft is a software development company that helps startups and growing businesses design, build, and scale digital products. We work primarily with healthcare, wellness, IoT-connected solutions, and other custom software products where reliability, product thinking, and strong execution matter.
What you will do: * You will help us identify relevant target accounts, build high-quality prospect lists, run outbound campaigns, engage with leads, and move promising conversations toward qualified meetings. * You will work closely with the founder and contribute directly to how our outbound process evolves.
Your responsibilities:
Build targeted prospect lists * Research relevant companies and decision-makers based on defined ICPs * Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Crunchbase, conference and accelerator websites, directories, and other relevant sources * Collect, enrich, and validate contact and company data * Maintain high-quality lead lists with strong relevance, not just volume
Support ICP execution and outbound experiments * Work with target segments across industries, geographies, and buyer personas * Support testing of different hypotheses, positioning angles, and messaging approaches * Help identify which segments and offers generate the strongest traction
Run outbound campaigns * Launch and manage outreach campaigns across LinkedIn and email * Build and improve multi-step outreach sequences * Personalize messaging where needed * Track results and improve campaigns based on actual response patterns
Handle early-stage lead communication * Respond to incoming replies in LinkedIn and email * Support initial conversations with prospects in a clear, professional, and commercially minded way * Conduct basic qualification * Identify promising opportunities and move them toward qualified meetings * Keep follow-ups moving and make sure warm leads do not go cold
Keep CRM and pipeline activity clean * Update statuses, notes, touchpoints, and follow-up actions in CRM * Maintain visibility and discipline across outreach and pipeline activity * Help ensure that lead management stays structured and actionable
Support sales preparation * Prepare concise pre-call briefs before meetings * Summarize relevant company, product, and prospect information * Help the team approach meetings with stronger context and sharper hypotheses
Share insights and recommendations * Report on outbound performance * Highlight patterns in replies, objections, and campaign results * Suggest improvements to targeting, messaging, and outreach execution
What we are looking for: * 2+ years of experience in outbound lead generation, SDR, sales development, or similar roles * Experience with B2B outbound campaigns * Experience in IT services, software development, outsourcing, or digital product companies is a strong plus * Strong written English * Ability to write natural, professional, non-generic outreach messages * Good judgment when communicating with prospects * Strong attention to detail and solid process discipline * Ability to work independently and proactively * Focus on outcomes, not just task completion
Tools we expect you to be comfortable with: * LinkedIn Sales Navigator * CRM systems * Apollo or similar prospecting tools * LinkedIn outreach / automation tools * ChatGPT or similar AI tools for research and message support
Strong plus: * Hands-on experience with Clay * Experience with data enrichment and validation workflows * Experience using PhantomBuster, Apify, Crunchbase, or similar tools * Experience preparing prospect research or pre-call briefs * Ability to work with semi-automated outbound processes thoughtfully, not mechanically
