Testomat.io is a modern test management platform built for QA engineers and development teams who value clarity, automation, and real testing insights.
We are scaling outbound and lifecycle marketing, where email is a core acquisition channel.
We’re looking for a specialist who can take full ownership of email as a growth channel — from launching campaigns to optimizing performance and impacting the pipeline.
This is not a traditional email marketing role (newsletters/promotions). The core focus is cold outreach, lead generation, and performance optimization. Tech Stack: Instantly / Apollo / Sendpulse (or similar) Email outreach & automation tools AI tools (ChatGPT or similar) Google Sheets / CRM systems ✅ Responsibilities: * Launch and manage cold outbound email campaigns * Write and optimize B2B email copy focused on replies and conversions * Build and manage lead databases (segmentation, enrichment, basic scraping) * Set up and optimize automated sequences (outbound + follow-ups) * Run A/B tests (subject lines, messaging, structure) * Track and improve: * reply rate * conversion rate * meeting rate * Manage domains, inboxes, and deliverability * domain setup * warming * inbox rotation * Analyze campaign performance and iterate based on data * Use AI tools to speed up campaign creation and testing * Support basic lifecycle/follow-up communication for engaged leads
Requirements * Hands-on experience with cold email outreach/lead generation * Experience with tools like: * Instantly / Apollo / Woodpecker / Lemlist (or similar) * Understanding of email deliverability fundamentals: * domain setup * warming * spam avoidance * Strong B2B email copywriting skills (cold email focus) * Experience working with: * reply rates * conversion metrics (not just open rates) * Ability to independently run and optimize campaigns * Analytical mindset and data-driven approach * Good English level (written communication required)
Nice to Have * Experience with lifecycle/retention email marketing * LinkedIn outreach experience * Experience with scraping and data enrichment tools * Basic understanding of sales funnels (MQL, SQL, etc.) * Experience working with B2B SaaS products
