We are looking for a Middle/Senior Full Stack Developer to join a long-term project for our international client. You will be working on customer-facing web platforms and self-service portals, contributing both to frontend and backend development, as well as DevOps processes.
We are open to considering both full-stack engineers and backend-focused developers (Java or Golang) What will you do? * Develop and maintain web applications and self-service portals * Work across backend (Java / Golang) and frontend (React, TypeScript) layers * Contribute to DevOps processes, including CI/CD and cloud infrastructure * Collaborate with cross-functional teams * Write clean, testable, and secure code following best engineering practices * Participate in code reviews and improve overall code quality * Support and mentor junior team members * Continuously improve system performance, reliability, and user experience
What are we looking for? * 4+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or Backend Developer with modern software development practices and principles * Strong expertise in building applications using Java or Golang * Front-end development experience with React and TypeScript * Proven track record of designing and maintaining RESTful APIs and navigating the complexities of Distributed Systems. * Hands-on experience deploying and scaling applications using Docker and Kubernetes within AWS/GCP * Strong knowledge of databases (specifically MariaDB) and search/analytics engines like Elasticsearch * Practical use of AI tools in development (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) * Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions) * Strong engineering practices: Unit testing, secure development, performance awareness, and quality‑driven coding * English proficiency at B2 level (Upper-intermediate) or higher * Proactive, solution-oriented mindset and willingness to learn
Nice to have * Experience with Node.js * Experience building customer-facing user interfaces * Familiarity with TM Forum Open Digital Architecture * Experience with Salesforce APIs * Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., GA4) * Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
