We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who combines strong product design skills with active usage of AI tools in everyday work to join our team on a part-time, freelance basis.
We provide consulting and full-cycle software product development services. In this role, you will work on digital products of different scales, create user-centered design solutions, and use AI tools to improve the speed, quality, and efficiency of the design process.
Responsibilities * Independently drive the full design cycle for new projects using AI-first workflows (from discovery to final UI); * Rapidly generate and validate user flows, IA, and UX concepts using AI tools before moving to UI; * Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and UI designs with a strong focus on speed, iteration, and clarity; * Use AI tools systematically to accelerate research, ideation, UX definition, UI generation, and design exploration (not occasionally, but as a core workflow); * Produce multiple design variations (3–5+) for key screens to support faster decision-making; * Translate business requirements into structured UX solutions with minimal ambiguity for development; * Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implementation-ready and reduce rework during development; * Anticipate and minimize client revisions by validating UX decisions early; * Build reusable components, patterns, and mini design systems within projects to increase speed and consistency; * Document and continuously improve personal AI workflows (prompts, tools, pipelines) for future scalability; * Present and justify design decisions clearly to clients and internal teams, including explaining AI-assisted decisions.
Requirements * 5+ years of experience in product design (UX/UI) for SaaS, web, or enterprise applications; * A portfolio that demonstrates strong experience in both UX and UI design; * Strong UX skills: user flows, information architecture, and product thinking; * Experience working in fast-paced delivery environments (fixed price projects is a strong plus); * Hands-on experience using AI tools as a core part of the design workflow); * Ability to demonstrate end-to-end AI-assisted design process; * Experience in prompt structuring for UX generation, UI concepts, and iteration; * Ability to critically evaluate and refine AI-generated outputs (UX and UI); * Experience in generating multiple design options quickly and selecting optimal solutions;
System & execution * Ability to work autonomously without predefined processes; * Experience creating reusable components or lightweight design systems within projects; * Understanding of frontend constraints (components, states, responsiveness);
Communication * Strong communication skills and ability to clearly explain design decisions; * English: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
Nice to have * Experience designing AI-powered products or chat-based interfaces; * Experience with tools like Relume, Galileo AI, Uizard, Framer, DALL·E, etc.; * Experience working with Figma plugins for AI-assisted design; * Familiarity with AI-assisted prototyping or no-code/low-code tools; * Familiarity with automation tools like Make or Zapier; * Understanding of accessibility and usability standards; * Interest in improving design processes through automation and AI adoption.
