We’re seeking a talented and experienced AI Engineer to join our client team — to develop innovative AI solutions together and make them productive.
Client is the market-leading provider of SaaS solutions for temporary staffing and cleaning service providers in Europe.
You will have the freedom to experiment with the latest AI tools, frameworks, and models — and at the same time the responsibility to build fast-working systems that add real value. From prototypes in a few days to scalable production systems: you will actively shape the AI landscape.
Experience / Skills required:
Must have: * 5+ years of experience in software development (frontend & backend) and building production systems * Knowledge of advanced AI tooling for productivity: MCP, agent skills, harness engineering (Claude Code / Cursor / Codex, Worktrees) * Strong programming skills: Python, TypeScript, Node.js (other languages are a plus) * Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and DevOps tools: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD * Experience deploying production systems and building scalable architectures * Understanding of machine learning / LLMs / generative AI and their integration into production systems * Hands-on experience with modern AI tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Lovable, or similar * Understanding of API design, data pipelines, and integrations with existing systems * Comfort working in a fast-paced, exploratory, and agile environment * Upper-Intermediate English and better
Responsibilities:
Ideation & Prototyping * Develop functional prototypes in a very short time (e.g. within a week) to demonstrate AI value * Set up technical environments including data, functional, and technical requirements * Evaluate use cases for technical feasibility and define PoCs * Set goals for initial user testing
MVP Development * Implement AI solutions in close cooperation with PMs and business stakeholders in agile sprints * Apply best practices for deployment, data handling, and system integration * Explore creative technical approaches to solving business problems * Develop multi-agent systems to automate business processes * Integrate solutions into existing ERP systems (e.g. via MCP) * Build user-friendly UIs that deliver real customer value
Production & Maintenance * Build testing frameworks (e.g. for LLM validation) for continuous improvement * Monitor performance, costs, and hallucinations to optimize systems * Scale services across geographies and ERP systems * Ensure stability, security, and scalability of solutions
