The R&D department develops cutting-edge technologies in blockchain and AI, fostering an organizational culture that is both professional and fun.
We are looking for an ambitious Junior SRE Infrastructure Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will help maintain the reliability, scalability, and performance of our global platform. You will work closely with senior engineers to automate routine tasks, manage cloud infrastructure, and ensure our systems remain observable. This is a perfect opportunity for someone with a strong technical foundation who is eager to grow into a world-class SRE.
Responsibilities: * Infrastructure Support: Assist in deploying and managing cloud resources (AWS/GCP/Azure) using Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/Ansible) * Monitoring & Observability: Monitor system health using tools like Prometheus and Grafana; assist in creating dashboards and triaging alerts * Automation: Identify repetitive manual tasks and develop scripts (Python/Go/Bash) to automate them (reducing “toil”) * Incident Response: Participate in on-call rotations under the guidance of senior mentors, following established runbooks to restore services * CI/CD Maintenance: Support the development team by maintaining and troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitLab CI) * Documentation: Maintain and update technical documentation and runbooks to ensure knowledge is shared across the team
Requirements: * 1–2 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Linux System Administration * Basic knowledge of cloud computing concepts and at least one major provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP) * Familiarity with Docker, basic understanding of Kubernetes (K8s) components (Pods, Services, ConfigMaps) * Ability to write clean, basic code in Python, Go, or Bash for automation purposes * Solid understanding of Linux/Unix fundamentals and basic networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S) * Knowledge with infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) * Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk stack) * Understanding of Middleware technologies such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, MSMQ
Personal skills: * Fast learner, with a strong desire to learn new technologies and stay updated with SRE best practices * Proactive communicator who isn’t afraid to ask questions and seek feedback * An eye for detail, strong logic, and analytical skills * Ability to think critically and work under pressure to resolve incidents and troubleshoot complex systems * Good spoken and written English * Good communication skills, both written and verbal * Collaborating and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams * A collaborative, problem-solving mindset with a passion for improving systems and delivering reliability at scale
