About the Role:
We’re a fast-growing DTC supplement brand doing six figures daily in paid media and scaling aggressively. We are on the way to 8 figures monthly revenue by Q3 in 2026. We need a Head of Operations to own the entire backend of the business — every department, every system, every process. You report directly to the CEO and your job is to make sure the business runs smoothly so leadership can focus on growth.
This is not an assistant role. You are running the operational side of the company. If something is broken, you fix it. If someone isn’t performing, you handle it. If a system doesn’t exist, you build it.
What You’ll Own:
Team & Department Management — Oversee all operational departments — customer service, supply chain, logistics, HR, and any support functions — Hold department heads and team leads accountable to clear KPIs and performance standards — Identify underperformers and make the call — whether that’s coaching, restructuring, or replacing — Work with our recruiter to hire, onboard, and integrate new team members properly
Systems & Processes — Audit existing systems and workflows and fix what isn’t working — Build SOPs for every department so the business doesn’t depend on any one person — Make sure information flows correctly between departments — nothing falls through the cracks — Implement the right tools and software to keep operations tight as we scale
Supply Chain & Logistics — Oversee our supply chain and fulfillment operation — inventory levels, supplier relationships, 3PL coordination — Make sure we never have a stock or fulfillment issue during a campaign push — Build forecasting systems around inventory based on ad spend and growth projections Customer Service — Restructure and manage the CS operation — retention pod, refunds pod, general support — Own CS metrics: response time, refund rate, cancellation rate, and customer satisfaction — Make sure CS is actively saving subscriptions, not just answering tickets
Reporting to CEO — Give the CEO a clear, honest picture of what’s happening across the business at all times — Flag problems early — don’t wait until something is on fire — Bring solutions, not just updates
Who You Are:
— You’ve run operations at a DTC or e-commerce brand before and you have real results to show for it — You’re a strong decision maker — you don’t sit on problems — You hold people accountable without creating chaos — You build systems and processes that actually get followed — You’re organized, direct, and comfortable having hard conversations — You don’t need to be managed — you know what needs to be done and you do it
Qualifications — +1 year in an operations leadership role, ideally at a DTC or e-commerce brand — Experience managing multiple departments and cross-functional teams — Familiarity with supply chain, fulfillment, and customer service operations — Strong with tools, systems, and building SOPs from scratch
Compensation:
— Base Salary: $15,000/month. We don’t negotiate down — we pay well because we expect a lot and we want the best — Milestone Bonuses: We also pay bonuses per project or milestone achievement — for example, a full SOP system built out, Trustpilot rating improved by a specific target, or a major operational goal hit — These milestones bonuses if hit, can easily hit 6 figures in monthly payout within the first 3-6 months. — Long-Term Equity Partnership: For the right person, there is a path to an equity stake in the brand. We’re building something serious and we want the people running it to have real skin in the game — We treat this role as a partner seat — when the brand scales, you scale with it
