We are looking for a technically curious and analytically minded person to support one of our most important enterprise customers in the restaurant industry.
In this role, you will initially focus on handling incoming support tickets and helping ensure the stable operation of the digital ordering platform used by the customer. You will work closely with our engineering, QA, and operations teams to analyze technical issues and coordinate their resolution.
Over time, the role will also involve deeper platform understanding and closer collaboration with stakeholders across product, engineering, and customer teams.
Your Responsibilities * Handle incoming support tickets related to the digital ordering platform * Analyze and investigate technical issues reported by the customer * Review logs and system diagnostics to identify potential root causes * Work closely with engineering and QA teams to resolve incidents * Escalate issues when deeper technical investigation is required * Support operational stability for one of our key enterprise customers * Act as a link between internal teams and customer stakeholders * Document issues and solutions to improve operational processes
Your Profile * Interest in understanding how software platforms and IT systems work * Analytical mindset and structured approach to troubleshooting * Experience in support, operations, or a technical customer-facing role is a plus * Ability to analyze logs and investigate system behavior * Strong communication skills when working with both technical teams and customers * Independent and structured working style * English required * German is a plus
A technical or engineering background is not strictly required, but curiosity about technology and digital systems is important. Nice to Have * Experience in the restaurant or hospitality sector * Familiarity with POS systems or digital ordering platforms * Experience with ticketing systems or support tools
