We are looking for an Account Manager with a strong Project Management background who will manage client relationships, grow existing accounts, and coordinate delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.
Responsibilities * Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and act as their main point of contact * Manage the full lifecycle of client projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery * Lead regular client communication including status meetings, roadmap discussions, and business reviews * Manage client expectations and proactively address risks or issues * Identify opportunities for account growth, including upsell and cross-sell initiatives * Prepare estimations, commercial proposals, and change requests when needed * Participate in discovery sessions and pre-sales activities together with the sales team * Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including Sales, Delivery, and Pre-Sales teams * Prepare project reports and provide updates to clients and internal stakeholders
Requirements * 3+ years of experience in Project Management in IT * Experience working in service or outsourcing companies * Strong stakeholder and client management skills * Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies * Experience with eCommerce projects (Magento / Shopify / Shopify Plus) will be a strong advantage * Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously * Experience working with international clients * Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) * English: Upper-Intermediate or higher
Nice to have * Experience in presales or consulting * Experience in Account Management in IT * Experience working with DACH region * Understanding of the eCommerce ecosystem (payments, integrations, marketplaces)
