ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a highly skilled Python Engineer to work closely with AI engineering team to develop, deploy and implement AI-powered automations across the company.
Your primary responsibility will be to analyze internal processes, identify automation opportunities, and build intelligent solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. Integrate AI solutions and move them to production.
This role is ideal for someone who combines deep technical knowledge with a product mindset and enjoys building practical, high-impact AI systems.
Key Responsibilities * Work closely with data science team and help them to develop highly optimized code for data processing and Machine Learning (ML). * Define and implement the deployment processes. * Develop backend REST services used in PoC. Design such services from scratch. Work closely with product team to identify the requirements. * You will have flexibility to experiment with new libraries and technologies and use them for the projects. * Integrate LLM models (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models, etc.) into internal systems and software products. * Build and maintain prompt pipelines, agents, RAG systems, and internal AI services. * Collaborate with operations, product, and engineering teams to map workflows and identify automation opportunities. * Implement monitoring, logging, and evaluation frameworks for LLM-driven applications. * Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in LLMs, frameworks, and AI tooling.
ABOUT YOU Qualifications & Experience * Upper-intermediate level in spoken and written English * Solid knowledge of Python and its ecosystem * Experience with Relational Databases and SQL (PostgreSQL) * Experience with Test frameworks (py.test, Tavern) * Experience with Docker * Hands-on experience with Git * Understanding of Software Design, OOP, data structures and algorithms * Understanding of REST API design principles * Team playing attitude as well as ability to work and research independently
Would be a plus: * Experience with LLMs, including fine-tuning, prompt engineering and model integration. * Able to build meaningful visualizations of results * Experience with AWS (preferred) or any other cloud provider (Azure, GCP, etc) * Experience with data-mining methods and technologies * Previous work with automotive or IoT data analytics * Previous work on open source projects
