What will you do? — Manage HR processes: onboarding, probation periods, development plans, 1:1 meetings, and offboarding — Handle HR documentation and personnel records — Coordinate L&D and benefits initiatives — Closely collaborate with service departments — Recruiting, Finance, Legal, and System Administration — Support employees in difficult situations and work on resolving complex cases — Conduct and oversee Probation and Performance Reviews — Work with HR analytics and propose initiatives — Actively participate in developing and implementing new HR processes in the company
What do we expect from you? — 1+ year of HR experience in the IT sector (especially great if in product companies with teams of 100+ people) — Systematic thinking, attention to detail, independence, and responsibility as your core traits — Logical and analytical approaches to task execution — Openness, respect, and the ability to work in a team — Willingness to build and improve HR processes — from idea to implementation — Openness to various tasks and adaptability to change — English level not lower than B2 (we have English-speaking employees)
