Back in 2017, Belkins started as an appointment-setting agency with just one service offering. Fast forward to today, and we’ve transformed into Belkins Group—a vibrant ecosystem of services and products that define the cutting-edge landscape of the SalesTech and MarTech industries. We’re a rapidly growing company (“startup” by energy but “matured company” by expertise and seniority) working with SMB clients and helping them grow through outbound campaigns.
With a team of over 20 extremely talented people on our main team and with more extensive support from other companies of Belkins’ group of companies, our 2026 goal is to double in size and find a way to keep scaling while keeping high-quality across the board — from having the best people on the team to onboarding the right clients matching our values and value proposition.

This is an extremely fast-paced and dynamic environment. We move quickly, iterate constantly, and expect our team to keep pace without hand-holding.
This is not a traditional “Account Management” role — it is a performance-heavy role where you own the delivery of an outbound engine.
We don’t just need executors; we need experts. We expect you to come to the table with a strong, informed opinion on “what works.” You are here to lead the strategy, not just follow a checklist. We provide the platform for you to go from Great to Excellent, but you must start at a high level of mastery from Day 1.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
* Be the Project Owner: Manage 4–5 projects as the lead strategist. You aren’t just the contact person; you are the driver of the vision and the primary decision-maker for project success.
* High-Volume outreach: Oversee 12–20 campaign launches total per month. This includes crafting high-converting copy and building complex templates based on your deep understanding of market triggers.
* Drive the numbers: With 2,000–3,000 contact imports per project monthly, your focus is sharp: booking 5+ high-quality appointments per project.
* Consultative leadership: Lead weekly client calls. You aren’t just a reporter; you are a growth partner who provides expert recommendations and challenges the status quo when necessary.
* Lead your crew: Guide your dedicated Researcher to ensure data accuracy and keep the project on schedule.
* Master the tech stack: Handle the technical backend of multiple campaigns (managing dozens of mailboxes, ensuring deliverability, and mastering HubSpot/spreadsheet integrations).
WHAT SHOULD YOU HAVE?
* 3-5 years in performance-driven sales: You’ve spent real time in BDR, SDR, BDM, or AM roles where numbers mattered. You don’t need to have started in research, but you know how to build and scale a sales motion that actually works.
* Strategic confidence: You can defend your strategy to stakeholders and back up your recommendations with data that moves the conversation forward.
* Deep tech fluency: You’re a power user of CRM and automation tools. You understand the technical side of cold outreach and can troubleshoot tool stacks on the fly without filing a support ticket.
* High-Stakes Client Management: You’ve managed senior client expectations and led strategic sessions in professional, pressure-heavy environments.
* Speed & Leadership under pressure: You thrive in fast-moving environments. You stay organized when things get chaotic and you’re ready to step up as a mentor and leader when the team needs it.
* Fluent English (C1/C2): Clear, persuasive, and confident communication is second nature to you. You write tight recaps, lead sharp calls, and present strategy like you’ve done it a hundred times.
* Analytical by default: When KPIs dip, you don’t wait for instructions. You dig into the data, find the lever, and adjust the approach before anyone has to ask.
