We are looking for a Middle+ Python Developer to join a growing product-focused team building a scalable, cloud-based solution used by tens of thousands of users.
This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys solving complex backend challenges, designing scalable architectures, and working with modern cloud and AI integrations. You will have real ownership, influence technical decisions, and contribute directly to the evolution of the product. Your Responsibilities: * Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python and Django/Django REST Framework; * Build scalable APIs and ensure high system reliability and performance; * Integrate third-party services and external APIs; * Contribute to AI-driven feature integration within the product; * Design and optimize background processing using Celery; * Work with PostgreSQL, ensuring efficient data modeling and performance tuning; * Deploy and maintain applications in cloud environments (Azure App Service); * Use containerization (Docker) to support scalable and reproducible environments; * Participate in architectural discussions and technical decision-making.
Required Skills & Experience: * Strong commercial experience with Python; * Solid expertise in Django and Django REST Framework; * Hands-on experience with Celery, asynchronous processing, and task queues; * Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL (queries, indexing, performance optimization); * Experience deploying applications in cloud environments (preferably Azure); * Practical experience with Docker and containerized environments; * Experience integrating third-party tools and external APIs; * Exposure to AI integrations or ML-driven features; * Good understanding of scalable architectures and distributed systems.
