QAntum is an AI-powered test intelligence platform. We’re building the first platform that automatically analyzes codebases and tells teams which tests to write and where.
Most engineering teams have inverted test pyramids — 50%+ E2E tests when they should have ~10%. This costs $500K+ per year in slow CI pipelines and flaky tests. We’re fixing this with AI.
We’re currently building our POC and looking for committed learners to join us at an early stage.
Internship structure: The first 3 months are mandatory. After completing the first 3 months, the intern can choose to: — continue for an additional 3 months, or — finish the internship after the initial period.
Reports to: CTO Mentorship: Direct 1:1 with CTO (10+ years experience)
This is a learning-first position. We’ll teach you production AI development from scratch, but we expect consistency and commitment.

FAQ
Why unpaid? We’re pre-funding and building a POC. We trade strong mentorship and real experience for your time.
Is the full 6 months mandatory? No. The first 3 months are mandatory. After that, you decide whether to continue for another 3 months or finish the internship.
Can this become a paid role? Yes. We’re applying to YC and Alchemist. Strong performers may receive paid offers or equity when we raise.
I don’t know RAG or LLM yet. That’s expected. Python basics plus willingness to learn is enough to apply.
