We are looking for a Python Backend Developer with AI Tooling Experience to work in a product company.

You will ensure rapid and reliable feature delivery while maintaining system stability and implementing long-term technical improvements. What You’ll Be Doing * Contribute to the evolution and support of our core platform. * Work on extending and improving backend services built with Flask. * Build and maintain integrations with both internal systems and external APIs. * Promote clean code standards and scalable engineering practices across the team. * Develop and support applications powered by FastAPI. * Participate in a shared on-call rotation to ensure production stability and reliability (PagerDuty-style support).
What We’re Looking ForTechnical Expertise * 4+ years of hands-on experience with Python development. * Practical knowledge of at least one additional object-oriented programming language. * Strong experience working with SQL and managing databases. * Experience leveraging AI tools and development assistants to improve workflows and productivity. * Solid understanding of backend system design and building maintainable architectures. * Experience optimizing performance and improving reliability of backend systems under load. * Familiarity with maintaining, refactoring, and modernizing legacy production systems.
