About the role We are looking for a Junior Recruiter to join our team and support a new strategic recruitment initiative. In this role, you will contribute to building and maintaining active candidate pipelines and support hiring activities across the UK and European markets. The position offers exposure to international recruitment processes and collaboration with stakeholders, with a clear opportunity to broaden responsibilities within the recruitment lifecycle over time. Key Responsibilities: * Support a new UST recruitment initiative with a strong focus on active pipelining * Source technical specialists across the UK and European markets, including niche and hard-to-fill roles * Conduct Talent Acquisition (TA) interviews and provide ongoing candidate support throughout the hiring process * Maintain accurate candidate pipeline updates * Gradually transition into full-cycle recruitment responsibilities (from sourcing to offer stage)
Requirements: * 2+ year of experience in an IT Recruiter role * Strong stress resilience, time management, and attention to detail * Upper-intermediate English (B2+), with confidence in spoken communication
Nice to Have: * Experience recruiting for the UK and/or European markets
